🔁 Digital Products (Licenses, Keys, Subscriptions)

• Once a license key, subscription code, or software product is delivered via email or WhatsApp, it is considered final and non-refundable.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed for digital products unless the product is defective or unusable, and verified by our support team.
• If a delivered key does not work and the customer reports the issue within the warranty period, StoreGoCity will investigate and replace the product if necessary.
• Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by:

• Wrong product selection by the customer

• Compatibility problems (unsupported device or version)

• Existing pirated or cracked software conflicts

• Customer delay or failure to install the product properly

📦 Physical Products (if applicable)

• If a physical product is delivered damaged or defective, customers must notify StoreGoCity within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
• Eligible physical items may be replaced under the replacement warranty mentioned in the product description.
• Refunds are not applicable for physical items unless clearly stated.

• To process a support or replacement request, customers must provide:

• Order ID or payment confirmation

• Screenshot/video proof of the issue

• Remote access (via TeamViewer/AnyDesk) if necessary

• StoreGoCity reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that fall outside our stated warranty and usage policies.
